Well new to me anyways.  A good friend has given me a car (and says I can give him whatever, whenever to the tune of £600) .....

Peugeot 406 Coupe 3.0l V6 24V 194hp with all the pininafarina trimmings Smile 

I was dubious at first, but having driven it to Cardiff I am now in love with this 14 year old beauty.  Only 10,400 were ever imported to the UK and I have one of the best specified versions (leather, clarion 6disc CD, leccy everything and 194 horseys) - needs a touch up here and there but overall in great condition for an old car.

The italian design still looks damned good 14 years on.  

Comfy too.  and less that £300 fully comp.  I am one very happy bunny indeed......

Looks very nice, I wouldn't look forward to visiting the petrol shop though!

She is a ikkle bit thirsty - but touched 40+ on the run here.  about 27 round town tho, but I do drive sedately nowadays (not saying there may not be the occasional run up of the revs, but not often).

Well my shiny coupe is holding up well - off to puegeot tomorrow for a FULL service and check up Smile

Oh and as a side note I am moving house - off to Cardiff to live with Jeff. (as you may have surmised, Jeff is more than a friend) Smile

Very happy indeed

May not be tanking for a little while as I have lots to do and sort out, but I shall be back soon folks Smile
